How does Fractional Ownership work?
Fractional Ownership allows potential buyers to select the perfect time of year that aligns with their lifestyle, considering the amount of time they wish to spend in their vacation home. You can also choose the type and size of residence that best fits your family's needs.
Once you've made your selection, your ownership reservations are confirmed well in advance annually, ensuring you have guaranteed access to your slice of paradise. This type of ownership gives you the freedom to plan your annual vacations and flights with ultimate ease.
What are the benefits of Fractional Ownership?

When you choose your desired property type, season, and size of accommodation, each option comes with a specific weekly purchase price and maintenance cost. Typically, larger properties and those in high demand during the winter season will have higher prices, while smaller properties in the summer seasons will be more affordable. It’s an easy-to-understand process that allows you to find the perfect fit for your lifestyle and budget!
How flexible is Fractional Ownership?
The Crane's Fractional Ownership offers remarkable flexibility to suit your needs. Each ownership week comes with a designated Club Points value, allowing you to adapt your plans as necessary. If you want to switch your property type, location, season, or size, you can "bank" your ownership weeks with us, and we will issue you the applicable number of Club Points. These Points can then be used to book accommodations at The Crane, our sister resort East or beyond, that fit your new preferences. If you accumulate enough Points, you even have the option to reserve multiple properties or stay for longer periods!
Additionally, the Club allows you to save your Points for up to three years and even borrow from future years if needed. This means that even with a fixed week and unit type, you have the freedom to adjust your vacations according to your family's lifestyle requirements. Keep in mind that ownership during the winter season in larger properties will yield a higher Points assignment compared to summer season or smaller properties, providing even more options for your getaway!
Can I exchange with other Fractional Resorts?
Fractional Ownership has a rich history dating back to the mid-1960s, and advancements in technology and air travel have made global destinations more accessible than ever. The Crane has established its own direct exchange relationships with affiliated resorts, accessible through Encore Club, boasting 60+ locations across Europe, Asia, North America, the Caribbean, and Mexico.

Can Fractional Ownership be upgraded to Residential Ownership?

Can I finance my Fractional Ownership purchase?

Absolutely! The Crane offers an exclusive Discovery Stay programme, allowing keen prospects to experience our exceptional properties firsthand. If you decide to pursue a purchase during your stay, all the money paid for your Discovery Stay can be credited toward your Fractional Ownership purchase.
